proximity to beach and restaurants etc. The room did not have an aircon (only a ceiling fan) and it became very hot.Rooms not clean detail such as quilts not being aired (bottom ends heavy with down) surfaces not dusted , blinds coming apart at bottoms thereof, shower floor cracked, windows not clean on inside (last two comments apply to first unit hired). no view from our apartment. First apartment we were shown was in need of refurbishment/repairs.
