Zdiar’s Pension Vasko is situated in the High Tatras region, and is typical of the region’s style. The village has a lot of folk architecture and is a popular starting point for walks in the region. Ski facilities are located within 300 metres of the Pension.
Units at the Vasko have a bathroom, LCD TV, and views of the Tatra Mountains or the Spisska Magura Mountain. WiFi is available free of charge, and a buffet breakfast is served each morning. Dinner is also available on request for an additional cost, with a discount for children.

The hotel is clean and Daniel the owner very freindly and helpful,giving advice on where to visit and making us feel at home. Family atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast anddinner (optional) and nice, quiet location. Great value for money!. meals, service. Nothing. Unfortunately, our bed was quite squeaky. Noise insulation of the housegenerally is not the best (see earlier reviews). The bathroom was a bitdamp (no window) and could do with some dusting (lots of dead flies inthe lamp shell). there was no tv in room,.

Our rooms have a beautiful view on the High Tatras.
We have 4 double and 5 triple rooms with additional beds available and one apartmen for 5 persons.
In every room there are towels, bed linen, bathroom (shower & WC).
No smoking.

Travelling information
By car:
POPRAD - STARY SMOKOVEC - TATRANSKA LOMNICA - direction LYSA POLANA PL (border) - ZDIAR
Pension Vasko is the last building in Zdiar. You can turn right when you arrive at the gas station and after go straight (up) to the end of Zdiar. Or: You can turn right when you arrive at Strednica ski center and go down - our pension will be the first building.
By train:
Arrive in Poprad and then travel to Zdiar by bus.
By bus:
Arrive in Poprad and take a bus to Zdiar.
By plain:
Arrive in airport in Poprad and go to Zdiar by bus (from the bus station).
