Staff very friendly, they even organised a birthday party for my 10 year old! We were very satisfied with the accommodation, it was clean and spacious. Very nice bathrooms.   The appartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Amazing sight of Vysoke Tatry from the balcony. Small kitchen was also very useful. It is about two or three minutes to get to any restaurant or shop. Ten minutes walking up to mountain elevators for skiing. WiFi was missing sometimes but id did not cuase any problems to us. We have enjoyed our staying at Villa Beatrice very - The staff was very kind and helpful!! The additional breakfast was great. The appartmant for two was huge, actually its bigger than our home :) The whole appartman was clean and well equiped. There was free wifi option. It is very close to the center of Tatra Lomnic, just 3 minutes walk.
