We were made to feel completely at home the moment we walked through the door. Apartments were big and spacious with wonderful views. We overlooked the town of Poprad which was beautiful at nightime. It was a family run place with tons of history and character dating back to 1920s. A perfect base for exploring the High Tatras. -

Very, very satisfied with this guesthouse. Its situated in quite location, walking distance to village and tram with a breathtaking few. Best part is definitely the breakfast! Eat outside in a front of a restaurant and enjoy looking at the moutains and beautiful flowers.

The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was our first time in Slovakia and they recommended hiking trails which were suited to our capabilities. The trails were fantastic if exhausting. They are a fount of knowledge on which are the best walks and how to get to each one. The food was marvellous, lots of choices for breakfast. T

Hotel is located on the edge of a small village so you can enjoy serenity and still be close to main attractions. Mountain train can take you to any peaks. The rooms are clean, freshly remodeled and well equipped. There is little restaurant in other hotel that makes the best pork ribs and fresh trout. The owner was very helpful.

The room was large and comfortable. It was clean, but not air conditioned. May be a problem in hot weather. The staff was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The self serve breakfast was adequate. The evening menu provided sufficient variety if you do not want to venture to other surrounding establishments.
Car is needed to get to central Poprad.
