We spent two nights at "Vila Grand". We got a big, pretty apartment, with a garden, which was very spacious (a lot bigger than we expected). The receptionist\manager speaks English and was very friendly and helpful. She also suggested for us nice destinations to visit and some restaurants for dinner. The location is very good for hiking trips in the mountains. The breakfast (which is already included) was delicious.

Perfect location for a visit to the high Tatras, Slovak Paradise and most other visited sites in Slovakia. A very welcoming and hospitable establishment with small gestures that makes your stay a perfect one. Thank you for everything.. This was a great place for us to stay during a summer visit to the High Tatras Mountains with our two teenagers. There is a lot to do in the area and everything is a short drive away. Maria was not only beautiful but so helpful to us! We would definitely come back again if we return to Slovakia!. Couldn't find fault with anything. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable with all equipment to hand.Excellent receptionist Susannah who provided us with lots of information and made us feel welcome. Within 5 minutes walk great authentic Slavakian bar/restaurant very resonably priced. We stayed for 3 nights Sep. 2013and loved every moment ! What made everything more than perfect was our hostess Zuzana !!! She is so friendly and helping in any request . breakfast is outstanding... Rooms are great ... Best surprise we had on this trip . Zvia & Zvika. Hospitality, they speak English well, Suzanne and Maria were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is charming. Breakfast was very good. I recommend to all those who want to relax . The towels and toilet paper were stiff, especially when compared to the high standards of the place. A suggestion: nets for the windows could have been very helpful in preventing the cute little bird from entering into our apartment (: (it stayed only for a couple of minutes). To leave. Nothing.
