A traditional Slovak mountain cottage, the Penzion Damisport is located right in the heart of Donovaly, 50 metres from the ski centre. It features a restaurant serving Slovak and international cuisine including pizza. We arrived late at night in the summer, after 23:30. The door was locked after a minor search we found the door bell. After three rings of the bell the door was answered by a friendly young man that I am certain we must have woke up. He promptly gave us keys and showed us to our rooms. We had reserved the four bed apartment, which actually had four single beds. I was expecting two single beds and a fold up sofa bed, but we actually had four single beds.
