Good location (easy to get to the railway station, close to historical centre). Friendly staff. Inexpensive and fine breakfast. Location. Cost. Not so clean shower. Really noisy at night from the street (from the cafe at street level - all the time; rumble at the time of trash pickup) and from neighbours. Cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast very basic.
