The location is wonderful, the room was terrific- infact excellent does not come close- every single convininece and the room was decorated with an attention to detail thus overall very nicely presented- spacious-just so comfortable!! Breakfast suppled was great and staff very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - so close to everything! There is also a really nice restaurant in the hotel with local specialties.

For a small hotel the roooms were an excellent size. The room was spacious, clean and had nice touches such as blinds and curtains in the sitting area and bedroom. Cars cannot arrive directly to the front door of the hotel. Our bedroom window was above an outdoor cafe. The soccer tourney was onthat night and it was extremely noisey until late into the night. Wehad earplugs. Our first evening was quiet and peaceful. The following 3 nights there was loud music and talking from a neighborhood bar whose outdoor garden faces the back of the hotel. It was unbelievably loud and we simply could not sleep. The music lasted until 3am.There should be a city ordinance for the old town requiring quiet time from midnight onwards. We could not change rooms - fully booked.Small rooms. No parking possibility. We had to use paid garage that costs for onenight and half of a day around 25euro !. The breakfast and breakfast staff were not very good. Should have had a better breakfast selection and when the coffee was gone the staff would not make anymore. tiny room, parking 10min walking away and expensive. on leaving the hotel at 7 oclock on sunday morning it was to early for breakfast i ask for a cup of coffe and was refused.

We are only a 1 minute walk to nearby Saint Michael’s Gate, café and entertainment Michalska Street or medieval Kapucinska Street, just about a 5 minute walk to the Opera or Presidential Palace. The nearby Bratislava Castle you can reach in 20 minute walk, which is a time you need to get to Danube River too.

Travelling information

Parking The hotel is located within the pedestrian zone of the Old Town. The nearest parking place is on Ursulinska Street 6665, 350 metres away. You can use credit cards to pay for parking fees. The parking area is easily accessible by car. From the main train station: - Take bus 81 or 93 and get off at Zochova Street - Take the underpass. - Turn right to walk around the building and walk down the street. - The first street on your right is Bastova. From main bus station: - Take trolley bus 208 and get off at the fifth bus stop. - Take the underpass towards the city centre. - At the first crossroads turn right into Obchodna Street and walk straight for 3 minutes until you see Saint Michael's Gate with a Baroque tower in front of you. - Take a little bridge to the Gate, pass under the Gate and turn right into Bastova Street. By taxi: The driver will drop you off at the small bridge to Saint Michaels Gate with the Baroque tower. It is less then 1 minute walk - take that bridge, pass under the Gate and turn right into Bastova Street. From Vienna or Bratislava airports: - Make use of the hotel's limousine service (max. 3 people per car). There is no shuttle service. or from Vienna Airport: - Take a bus from Vienna airport to Bratislava main bus station. - Take a trolley and proceed as indicated above.
