Amazing hotel with everything you could wish for. From being easy to find to genuinely caring and efficient staff to beautifully appointed large rooms, spacious bathroom with luxurious towels and robes, fully equipped free gym and pool, and great food at very reasonable prices. all reviews » - Beautifully Designed rooms, spacious and very clean. - The spacious bathroom had a bathtub AND a shower, independent from eachother. - SPA and swimming pool looked fabulous, very clean, very helpful staff providing us with flip flops, robes, and towels. On the afternoon that we went to the SPA, no other guests were present, so very quiet and peaceful. - Internet Connection with cable (is a lot faster, so I was happy with that). I had no cable with me but the personnel provided me with one. . It's a good value for money. Although we treated it only as a stopover on our way to Croatia, it is a great place to stay, close to the airport, next to the shopping center and only a couple of minutes by car from the downtown. Their policy concerning children is also very flexible - we stayed in a double room with a 4-years old and 4 months old and got a crib for the baby along with a small gift. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel. I have traveled to 200+ cities and 40+ countries and I must say that this is probably THE BEST hotel ever! It is a 5* quality and even better than some of 5* hotels I've been. Features big room with nice bed, bathroom with shower and bath tub, big LCD and free Internet (no WiFi though). It's new, big rooms, great services. If you need internet connection in your room, you'll need to use a network cable because wireless is available only in the lobby (for free). You can find the Avion Shopping Park at walking distance (100 meters) so you can go shopping. You can get bus 61 to arrive to the hotel from the central railway station. The hotel is excellent with good location and stuff. Swimming pool, 2 saunas, Jacuzzi - was included in the price of the accommodation, so don't forget your swimming suit! I wrote that we are coming with 11 months' old baby and they have prepared a baby's coat with a little present for a baby, which was a really nice surprise for us! We loved it! We enjoyed the Wellness Center (small pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fabulous fitness room) and late check-out time (12:00/noon). The room was clean and there was a close attention to details to make the stay more welcoming. There is also free unattended parking on the premises. Everything!! The pillow and blanket they provided are the most comfortable one ever, always with NH!! The interior decoration are very cozy. Breakfast is also nice, lots of varieties, NH standard. Breakfast was very expensive 15 EUR per person. It's a pity their toiletries don't include a shower/bath cream - no point in running a bath in their lovely bath tubs without bath foam. Food is a little pricey, breakfast at €15 pp. It looked fantastic though and there is a McDonalds nearby as a cheaper alternative. the aircondition was switch off just the heating, was on and it was to hot in room, the should have the switch where the guest can turn the heating on or the aircondition on by them selfs,. It is a bit far away from the city center. It's not a big problem, you can reach it in less than 20min by public transport, but late at night on a saturday it made us wish it was closer. The on-site bar and restaurant prices were very high whern compared to local prices. The hotel is at the outskirts of Bratislava. You need a car to get to the city center. Breakfast only till 10 am. So you have to get up earlier. No Wi-fi in the bedroom Wardrobe too small. One bad thing is the location not the best but all the good things overcompensate this. There is smoking allowed in the lobby bar and if the restaurant is closed, you have to eat in the smoky place. - insufficient light in bathroom's mirror (shadows) - double bed: small size, no separate matrasses (RECOMMENDATION: if travel as couple ask for single beds). food was done well in general but all the sidedishes over salted two nights in a row. I’m very disappointed with the car hire company (Teocar), that the hotel had recommended. It was authorised subject to terms and conditions of the contract – to which they have not conformed I.E. they declined to survey the car and agree on the cars condition upon its return. They did not refund my deposit of 245 Euros which I'm very unhappy by losing all this money. Please be aware to not use this car hire company, it's a total scam. * shampoo and shower gel were used before. One employee on reception could have been more pleasent, she gave a bad impression on my arrival, which was a false impression as the rest of the staff were very friendly. Location, is not central. nothing. Nothing. Breakfast maybe not quite there for me but very minor moan. For a such hotel category is not acceptable today the absence of wifi connection in the room. An italian tv channel is missing among many different international channels. No "a la carte" dinner available, but is understandable because there was a very crowded congress in the meantime. nothing, everything was perfect. Expensive breakfast 15€ per person. Cold in spa area.
