Hospitable staff. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very helpful staff dealing with the airline regarding a lost piece of luggage.value for money, convenient locatiion and hotel shuttle to key points. Room is exceptionally clean and well presented.The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Although, the room is quite small, but very comfortable. The hotel is also located near a bus stop station, so it is very accessible going to other places.

Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room with a double bed, this was not available; and was only made possible after much insisting on our part (and after the on-duty manager intervened). The result was a tiny room right in front of a giant AC exhaust fan! Very disappointing service!!!!.
