Great location, very close to the historical old city centre, with private car park. Very helpful staff available 24/7. The room we got (de luxe) was very clean and nice, equipped with the fridge, kettle, A/C and large tube. Really god location when visiting Nis. I am sure we will pop in again in the future. Best accommodation and best value yet in our eastern Europe tour. We had a small medical emergency and staff were helpful and efficient. Easy to find with gps, secure parking. Great location near fortress. Highly recommended.

Jula 5a), but there is only a 2-3 minutes walk between the two. Really good place, nice and friendly owner, located near a free private parking, good rooms, close to center of the city, everything super. I recommend. Very nice place, well equipped and very near to the main street, fortress and restaurants. Very important that there is a private garage for car. Room was very nice, I appreciated the big bath in the suite, adjcacent to the bed, but with curtains to shield it off if so desired. Located near downtown in 5 minutes. Quiet street. We were able to park directly across road from the apartment. Basic, even for Serbian standards. Decent. The hotel is a bit noisy (guests checking in and out), also the stairway to the rooms upstairs is very steep and narrow. Nothing. The wifi is sometimes unreliable and slow. Don't need to have houskeeping banging on the door and waking occupants at 830 when checkout is 11. There should be better communication between the front desk (in a different building) and housekeeping. Nothing. No any. A poor ventilation in the bathroom. breakfeast could be better. We arrived at night to the second location of the apartments. There was no signage to advise where the office was. Fortunately some guests were going out and able to direct us. The Internet is really bad. Most of the time there was no wifi. The staff advised us that on Sunday all city attractions were closed. They are not! Staff unable to provide a city map. Almost everything, smell in the room, hot water and etc.
