This was my first trip to Serbia and I am fully satisfied of my stay at Nevski Hotel, I can recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade. First of all, the hotel staff is professional, intelligent, friendly and helpful at all times. They are fluent in English, replied fast to a message sent through letsbookhotel.com and don't charge your card until you check out so you can change payment options. The hotel is situated at a convenient location next to Skadarlija and Strahinjica Bana, close to Trg Re.
all reviews » Alles :)) Everything was good! And I am a really picky traveler :))) We had a junior suite on the 5th floor with a huge balcony and the view over the city. The air conditioner is positioned next to the living room, so it is not blowing all night right at your face. The bathroom not big, but perfectly clean with all the luxuries including the slippers:) For the traditional dinner go to the Scadarlija street about 10 min. Walk. Traditional live music is everywhere. The restaurant we picked "Tri š. Location of the hotel is very good. Parking option in the center was important but the hotel has limited spot, so reservation is necessary. Clean and proper room/atmosphere was good. It was good that lobby was seperated with a door from the rooms area due to smoking in the lobby. The staff was very friendly adn supportive. Perfect convenience for proximity to ciry activities, shopping, museums etc.No need for cab, 5 minutes walking distance. I have seen other 5 stars in the city, Nevski is a very clean hotel. But again staff, staff, staff.. Wonderful location in walking distance to the centre of the city. Just minutes to maxing restaurants. Absolutely fantastic, lots of space, clean, ultra modern, and helped the overall trip by %100. Last trip was in a communist style 1970's hotel... The score says it all. Only a small remark would be the temperature of the water in the shower, it was going from cold to very hot and vice versa. You couldn't really set one temperature. Very comfortable, with kitchenette, tea and coffee maker, clean, well located, excellent breakfast, amiable staff, comfortable parking (in spite of the indeed uncomfortable curved ramp). The towels were a little worn-out and needed replacement. There was no spa or sauna. the streets in the center are not tidy ))). We didnt find something particularly negative. Perhaps the corridors of the bulding could have been better decorated, but this is of minor importance I think. Curtains could be darker.
