- Quite Place. - Nice Place. - Good checkout timings, they allow until 16:00 for checkout, and probably it is the only hotel in madinah allow this checkout timings. - Good for business guests , as it is far from the crowded area of HARAM. I would like to have more trips of buses to Al Haram during the day not only time of praying. Good location far from the central area. Quit. Clean, calm,friendly personnel,large rooms. Basically no reception: just two small tables for check-in and chek-out, with lon queues. Internet not free. As soon as the hotel will have a competitor (it is the only one for non muslims), I guess many aspects will be improved. - safe box is not working - restaurant is not good - breakfast not as we expected. shuttle bus to haram is not regular because of the drivers. Nothing negative to comment about. Lunch. We found the food to be substandard, we ordered grilled fish and it seemed as if it was old, then they replaced it with a fresher one. we also ordered Saudi Kabsa and the meat was raw. If you can't get Saudi Kabsa right in Saudi Arabia...!!. breakfast. the breakfast food are all the same.no swimming pool and health club. the bath tub curtain need to change in my room. Old furniture. Normal food not matching with name of hotel. Bed was noisy in my room. Always late services, no mini-bar, shower head was old, bad services and staff at the breakfast area, no car rental services and late taxi calling services. Its kind of old breakfast buffet area side and had no windows. no free wifi in the rooms. Price extremely high. WIFI not for free. They were not responsive. - A/c was not working properly. Had to wait for a whole night to have it fixed. - Bath tub was cloged. - Fredge was warm not cold. Fixed later. - Tea bags without sugar. Sugar without spoon, Spoon without tea bags. Never together. - Breakfast lounge was too small. Hotel claimed my booking does not exist despite the confirmation message I showed. Check in was handled by two reception boys who did not have a clue. Many others lined up and all complaining. Lack of concierge help getting a taxi. Bed is not comfy. (1) Pillow was not clean as the pillow gave out smell like the smell that comes from head of an unclean peson. (2) The staff at front desk was not aware of the time the tourist bus dapearted to mosque in Medina. (3) Quantity of water coming in the tap was ridicolously low. Poor tv channels selection internet with extra charge! Just one person at reception, check in/out takes forever. Reservation Staff. -I know this hotel for more than 10 years and it has the same furniture It has to be changed for sure. - uncomfortable mattress. The staff does not know valet parking even though they have a sign for that service. Room service never answer. Othger services are very slow. This is the worst Le Meridien I have been to. The furniture were old especially the carpet. missing of tissues and other bath tools.
