I'm so impressed by the employees who are so professional, friendly and thoughtful. Although I booked through letsbookhotel.com, the offered me an upgrade from the presidential suite to the Royal suite -without even asking- We arrived at 6 am while check in time is 4 pm so they offered us a nice room to rest until it is our check-in time. The food is so good as well as the drinks (loved their coffee in all versions latte or cappuccino, etc … they also offered few free things with our orders lik.

The suite's panoramic view of the Kabba is far beyond description. The suite was larger than we expected, it was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Really Raffles is a modern beautiful hotel which has nice facilities with international restaurant. The size of room as well as the bathroom is really big and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant offers many different dishes and the waiters provide excellent services for the client. However, the price of the lunch and dinner is too expensive. By the way the overall evaluation is 9.5 out of 10. I recommend everybody who wants to find the relaxation and clean with health room to book this . We were in Herram with luggage and tired, this people send their staff , luggage was in your room, no hassle to wait in reception for a key, straight to car to your room no hassle , I love a services, specially 24hours tea services, when you come from Tawaaf and you are tired still a tea and fruits is on your table. With Free services. I travel lots of places and hotels, but this is marvellous , Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, rooms furniture are extra ordinary , approximatl. 1. It has a stratigic location close to Holly Kabaa (walking distance), and shopping mall located in the same building. 2. It is considered one of three best hotels in the Holly City of Mekka, if not even the best in terms of; design, luxury, comfort, quality of staff and value of money comparing with other hotels in the same City. 3. The hotel has special elevators located outside the hotel only for its visiters which I consider a competitive advantage while it takes alot of time waiting e. Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Fast check-in and check out. Pure Luxury (room decor, fittings, beds, bathrooms (3) and personal Butler). A service of this quality in such a high traffic and constant flow of pilgrims is unbelievable. The children loved the complimentary hand made chocolates and the fresh bowl of fruit in the afternoons. Everything!!! One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Located in the clock tower and the entrance to the Holy Mosque is two mins walk. VERY close, you literally leave the hotel building and you're in the Haram. Extras such as the butler service (free for three call outs) were beneficial after a long tiring journey. My stay was wonderful. I did arrive earlier and they did for me early check it. The place was so clean specially in Mecca and that what I was looking for. It was nice stay, very close to the holy mosque. The room spacing was excellent and it was quite large compare to the mony spent. The staff were helpful and kind. Everything was perfect: the staff, the room, the breakfast selection, the location. It made our stay after Umrah very comfortable. One incident happend to me in my two days staying. I have asked for ice and it took them 35 minutes to dilever. i had to call the hotel for confermation gust to avoid check in delays and they told me that the credit card number had and issue and i solve it by calling booking and they delt with it. i asked for car to jeddah airport and it was very expensive. you can got expoditio with one third of the hotel price. letsbookhotel.com claimed that the windows opened so you could hear the Adhaan but instead it was played through speakers in the room. (You can switch this off). Maybe this was just for the suite we booked (Signature with breakfast). Nothing to complain about. the price is expensive than we can always afford. It takes long time to check-in and check-out, because there is only 3 working in the front desk. I wısh more cleaning of the bathroom walls, the sink and shower tub. The food menu and the quality of food needs more attention. Minor things: breakfast food can be tastier; remote controls are difficult to work with. The suite was slightly small specially the sitting area. Honestly nothing! Everything has been really great!. Really nothing from tow time stay at that hotel.. No baby sitting service although its mentioned in thier website.. Nor any play area for kids.. Some of the staff did not communicate well in english. Took many repeated requests just to get empty coffee cups. Came after 2 days. Minimum verity of food that served in the room. Need to improve the way they clean the rooms Toilets in main area not very clean. My room didn't have a view at all - all what I can see is the a/c units, not even the city view. There was a construction/re- modeling in one of the floors near by and I was a bit bothered, but the hotel was 100% occupied & couldn't change my room. But still I enjoyed the stay. All is very good. There are three different alharam's view and al kabaa view, you can' t see from the lower levels.. Be carful during reservations. Nothing to mention, unless we faced an electricity cut-off for 2 hours and elevators wasn't working. But we have been notified earlier about that planned maintenance. Everything is more than wonderful. Air conditioning system keeps the room very wet. A dehumidification system seems to be missing. Nothing. The reception staff are very polite and friendly but not professional and very slow in processing the booking procedures. Things take ages to be don although it can be accomplish in seconds. Some gate guards were rude. The dealy of the lifet and the price of family suite was to expensive comparing to next hotels. Nothing really. It took me almost one hour for check inn.
