It was just two nights but I liked it too much. 1st the location is so near to all important sightseeing and airport. 2nd it was suite so it was big enough to my family which r 5 members. 3rd clean and very good furniture. . خدمة الغرف جدا رائعة مساحة الغرف مناسبة للعائلة الصغيرة تنوع الغرف و الأجنحة نظافة المكان و دورات المياة طاقم العامل جدا لطفاء و متساعدين مواقف السيارات متوفر قرب الخدمات " البقالة، المغسلة، المخبز، صيدلية" و غيرها.

The number for the grocery store is in the key card holder, so you can get delivery for anything, and make your own cheese sandwiches for breakfast for example.. Location. Nothing. They have parking at basement and front of the building but some times u can not find easily space to park the car, especially if u came late night. Otherwise call their branch in AlHamra to get the correct number for this branch. The wifi signal doesn't reach the bedroom. Unstaisfactory cleaning by the room service, they didn't change the floor mat in the toilet. But nothing major to complain about. Not so clean, no much utilities, and most annoying extremely compact that every two suites has to be combined to give enough space for visitors. Very noisy hotel with maintenance working above my room day and night, very poor service at reception with bad attitude and not welcoming at all, room service is not available during working hours, I called for check out confirmation and they said feel free to check out any time since my flight at 8 pm but while I checked out at around 6:45 the receptionist told me that I should pay for another night, which wasn't worth it.
