  Loved our beachfront villa - straight into the sea each morning before breakfast. Lovely safe swimming and some interesting fish. Beautiful, well kept gardens. Shop at the top of the driveway - very handy. Nice pool too and spotlessly clean. Staff excellent - so friendly, kind and helpful. Lovely to see island village life and the people are so friendly and welcoming. - The Resort was perfect!   It's clean everywhere, with comfortable & spacious room and a nice swimming pool. Their restaurant/bar is pretty good, too - in fact it's so popular they would do well to have a few more tables!! The staff are very friendly, from the receptionists to waiters/waitresses to housekeepers. It is a great spot for starting a Samoan journey - handy to the centre of Apia, staff who will help you organise the next stage and a restaurant with good, reasonably priced food.   I stayed here for 5 days and I loved it. The staff at Orator are amazing compared to the staff at another Hotel we stayed at. One staff in particular, Ronnie. Such a friendly guy and he made our stay more enjoyable. Everywhere we saw him he would have the biggest smile on his face. We could go for secods, thirds but at the other hotel we had to pay $10 if we wanted ext - The Orator is great for families, couples and wedding parties etc. They also know how to be helpful to business travelers as well. By offering a business package that includes, all meals, laundry services, etc. Now if you are looking for comparable accommodations to lets say Hawaii, Samoa is not quite there yet, however if a personal touch with real people is appealing to you then you will love Samoa and especially the Orator Resort. The owners are on site and hands on with their customers.

  Friendly staff especially the owner luna we had the pleasure of chatting to. Facilities were excellent. Very professional. Room was luxurious had everything we needed and more. Unlike any island hotel I have been to. - The staff and warm family atmosphere was overwhelmingly good. Great service and lovely warm people.

  Location is fantastic. Can recommend to any couple who wish to chill out and relax. Staff were very friendly and great to be around. The staff are the resort's best asset - The Staff could not do enough to assist us during our stay, the food was lovely and the surroundings were beautiful, we had a lovely stay and will return again...

  Lydia and Joeseph are very good hosts. their staff are very hardworking and go out of their way to make your vist a memorable experience. The location is great and the beach is good for swimming. While only a breif insight the umu tour is well worth doing and Joe was a very good guide, while i know seasoned travellers might cringe at a canned cu... what people say » ltural experinece this was certainly not that and as an avid cook finding a similar but easier method to cook than hangi , the umu trip was well worth - I thought the whole holiday was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and it was so relazing. An ideal location to travel to other parts of the island and I thought it was good value for money. The meals that were included were all so lovely.
