W St. Petersburg strikes the right balance between all the elements from a perfect location and excellent facilities to SERVICE that's a cut above the rest. I'm really grateful to the staff, especially to Daria and Valentina, for being so helpful and for making me feel as if I were at home. I'll definitely stay at your cozy and exceptionally hospitable hotel when on my next visit. Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt. Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

Will definitely be returning in the summer. One of the bellboys Dimitri was like an encyclopedia of architecture, museums and art of Saint Petersburg and other cities. Excellent location. The prices so hight, but the taste oh dishes must be better. Charging separately for Wi-Fi and bottles of still water in the room feels like being back in the stone age. The receptionist also blocked approx. Eur 75 on my credit card at check-in. It is strange to assume that I might be unable to pay eur 75 in a hotel where they charge eur 37 pp for breakfast. charge for internet in the rooms very high. The view of my room - to a wall. no iron in the room. - High rates that exclude breakfast and wi-fi! Both restaurant and bar were closed, so even if I was willing to pay 1500 rur(!) for breakfast I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. I was in St. Peterburg on business and my meetings started at 8-8.30 A.M. every morning so I was extremely inconvenient for me to have to go somewhere for breakfast. Wi-fi at 750rur per day is a rip-off. - check-in took quite some time - personnel couldn't recomend any early breakfast options in the area. Stupid but friendly staff, disappointing restaurant. No iron in the room.
