To get to the garage you have first ask a person from reception to accompany you on the way taking 2 different elevators 2. Inconvenient shower cabin. The ventilation system was a bit noisy & couldn't be turned off (perhaps, valid only for winter months when the central heating is on). the room was not big no wardrobe lamps near bed need to be fixed the room rate 8 800 rubles for one night is not reasonable. Room service menu is very little choice and extra delivery charge every time you order something. Very basic hotel with minimum facilities (even no minibar and drinking glasses in the room), if you don't need train or metro, location is not so good as it is fare from main places of interest. None. Shower (wet floor). - I had a business room and due to room description there should be an iron and ironing board, but it was not. - Shampoo in the room contains a lot of parabens. Now most of the cosmetic companies prefer to avoid it. No toiletries apart from soap and shower gel. there are no dressing gown and slippers. on the site to indicate that the entrance to the hotel from the street Goncharnaya. When booked via letsbookhotel.com one can not get the points of the Carlson club. maybe a bit overpriced. Rude staff. just because we booked the standard room. We had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping still came in. Did not supply water in the room and we have to ask for it everyday. although they gave it to us they emphasized staying in standard room does not get entitled. We bought a big bottle next door for only 50 russian rubles while hotel charges smaller bottle for 120. i believe they should not show such a face when customers asked for it. -poor service; -unfriendly and rude staff. Poor breakfast. Parking terrible expensive and uncomfortable. Restaurant menu and restaurant totally is terrible. new hotel with serious structural deficits (a group travellers hotel, hasn't got a decent lobby, upper stairs rooms very noisy). staff friendly but totally inadequate, professionally (front office staff unable to give reliable information on underground and taxi to airport, breakfast room staff inefficient in clearing tables after previous customers left...) unsatisfactory value for money. As the hotel was booked during the economic forum the price was extremely high, that was expected. But I also expected more freindly service for 20000 rubles per night. We were travelling as a group of 7 people, all businessmen with different schedules. But staff was unattentive to the changes in bookings and woke me up in order to ask when am I to check out one day earlier. Red wall in the room is horrible. Service. Tiny room without fridge for appr. $270? Unbelievable! Staff was friendly and offered to cool our special bottle of champagne in their office. I'll never ever stay in this "hostel" again. Staff rude, no service at all. To order a taxi we had to go out of the property and do that ourself. No amenities in the room, no shampoo, no soap, nothing. Not even in the minibar which was empty. There was just a drink machine in the lobby which was not working properly and stolen the money. Put at the rooms tooth-brush & tooth paste. It's so easy).
