  I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the river to go for walks , the staff was very friendly and helpful even though they did not speak English, the room was nice , clean , and the internet was great , the hotel information was in Russian and English which made it easier, and I had to leave early to go to Moscow and the hotel refun... what people say » ded my money with no problem. - My room overlooked the river, was very quiet and warm. The wifi worked well, and the staff were very helpful. I was also able to check in right after my train arrived at about 9am
