Clean, well-furnished standard room; good breakfast (smorgasbord); good location (for the travellers who like to walk, as there is no way to get to the hotel except car or your own foot) - at the high banch of the river, near the place where young people like to dance outdoor :). Very good view. Helpful front desk and tried there best to speak English. The room had lots of space and amenities. Wifi was fast.

And sometimes this is noisy outside because this place is really nice viewpoint and people like hanging out there. 2. Lifts too narrow. thin walls. The reception area is really old and shabby, the reception staff is very friendly, but very slow and unmature. Thin walls. I could hear neighbors TV. Old soviet era hotel that has seen better days. Located in a wonderful position for a view, but not close to anything. The charged me more money because of the nice view from the room but there was a huge tree in front of window. The room was very warm (28 degrees). The staff was friendly but very slow (only 1 person) and the internet connection was very bad. Lack of air conditioning in the room. No river view at 2nd floor (charged as river view) no air condition at room 410 building is old, surroundings are inconsistant at 14.00 our room was not ready for check-in.
