In my opinion the location is excellent. Very close to the central pedestrian street but is a bit (in 5 minutes walking by feet) in a distance. Another advantage is the metro station is very near by, in 1-2 minutes by walk. The hotel itself seemd to me being friendly and, at the same time, I had comfort but without any extra attention from the hotel's staff. The good news is that there actually was no really bad news during our stay. This Ibis is more or less what you could expect from an Ibis hotel in any other place. Very clean. We used a "smart deal" option from letsbookhotel.com (around 50 Euros per night) and I think it was an excellent choice.

It has everything you need: good location (on foot to any touristic place), great design, satisfying price and a great dog-friendly staff (we stayed with our labrador retriever puppy). No parking (under construction), there was some problems with the hot water during the night. Hotel parking is really small and cost additional fee - had to park my car on the free parking lot near the closest business center. Also there were some issues during check-in with my booking, so it took some time for the staff to resolve them. Still the staff acted nicely. No minibar in the room, no clean towels, although we put the used ones on the floor. The price for a 2-star hotel in Russia is the same as for a 3-star hotel of the same chain in Europe. Just big piles of stones and sand all around. It was hard to get inside the hotel without getting your shoes full of sand. breakfast should be free. it`s a peaty that we paid for it (((. There's no parking. Floors were dirty, don't try to walk without shoes in your room. Service is poor, staff is unprofessional. Pillows had some grey stains on them.
