The staff are very helpful and friendly. Good for links to the 3 local railway stations and the Metro. 1 stop or a taxi ride. With a kitchen you can self cater. A supermarket is 100m away. My private room was spacious and comfortable. Dorms look aok too. English spoken / understood. nice location,cosy big flat with comfortable sleeping rooms. Take a map downloaded from the internet as the hotel is not advertised in any way locally, though it is only 350m from the Metro exit (assuming you leave at the correct exit). You want the "tunnel" exit but if you exit out on to a slope, head up and it's no more than 200m across a main road.
