We were staying in Park Inn for 3 days in the beginning of May 2013, we liked the hotel in general. It's good option both for bussiness and vacation as it is a part of Radisson, so you're supposed to be surrounded by network standard. Pak Inn in Kazan almost meets the standard - it offers friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms which are well equiped, good bedding, etc. Also they have the best restaurant in the city! It may sound strange but it's true! Kazan couldn't propose us any praiseworth.
