What people say

Good internet, excellent restaurant on 8th floor, friendly staff. nice beach and good atmosphere. Design, placement, food. High prices (although they are standard for a hotel of this grade, but still). Not a good time check inn and check out. price is too high for alcohol. Very expensive (bottle of water 300Rubel, Ruski Standard Wodka 100gr 1000Rubel Cesar salat 650Rubel a.s.o.) Cocktails are very bad and cheap products (Tonic Water not Schweppes are no name product). Mostly guest are told us this was the last time in this hotel let us search a new hotel. Kitchen are not Kempinski Standard and expensive (Burger 1100Rubel).

Deposit from 29 April till 30 September is 8000 RUB. Deposit from 1 October till 28 April is 5000 RUB. Please note that if the guest shortens the stay, 100% of 1 night will be charged. Please note that a passport and a birth certificate for children are required upon check-in. Please note all children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged RUB 1000 per person per night when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged RUB 2500 per person per night. Extra beds are available in Suites only. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. A damage deposit of RUB 8000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
