Good hotel. Ideal for a solo travellers, who unfussy. Best for sleeping. The girls on reception was very charming. Friendly staff in reception. Room with great view to the city. Very good breakfast. Slippers included, convienient laundry package in the room. The staff was extremely helpful. And the price was cheap. Excellent breakfast, wifi and laundry all included.

It is enough for just stay because there are everything for basic needs but not enough for comfortable stay. The only thing I liked there was the location. Central location, in front of the station. nothing. Close to train station. Cleaner, hurry me up at 11 o'clock to check out. There was no map of the city in the reception neither in the room. Really poor condition of the room (carpet stains, furniture stains and the room itself is in desperate need of some repair), horrible WiFi connection. Besides, hot and cold water were turned off while I was showering (thank you, guys! It is a really nice way to wake up!). After a while only cold water appeared, so I had to wash my head with freezing water. Unrefurbished cheaper rooms. For the price they should be better. noisy guests. needed ear plugs for good sleep. The room was not prepared (not cleaned after the previous guest). It took some considerable time and long discussion between the receptionist and chamber maid to settle the problem. Staff were rigid about check in times, their English was not very good (I speak Russian so it was not a problem for me). There are no no smoking rooms - room did not smell of smoke. The reception is awful: always overcrowded and the staff does everything very slowly. terrible cheap rooms very long registration. Not so much renovated from Soviet Era Room. Considering quality of Room, price is not good but I have no idea there are better priced hotel. Breakfast is provided from 7am not 6am. The staff were very slow. The room was uncomfortable, with very old furniture. Avoid rooms near the old elevator shaft - the noise there is terrible. Breakfast was not fresh or delicious. Staff was not really helpful. - -expansive - riims are not clean -location. Everything else was bad, for this price you would expect a better standard, room was loud, bathroom a mess, beds were a catastrophy.
