New modern hotel, equipped very good. Fast and strong WiFi everyware. Very good and well equipped conference rooms and big hall. Nice panoramic view from restorant at 15'th floor. So very good place for business trips, holding conferences and so on. Breakfast is very reach and wide variety. Almost all. This was not my first stay there, but this hotel delivers true 4* accommodation service with relatively low price. I caught a flue and small can of honey as a compliment in the room made an unbeatable impression. And I had late check out (after 16:00) for free. Perfect!.
all reviews » Position in center of the town, very comfortable room, cleaned, very good and complete breakfast. In the staff there is always someone who speaks English. Wi-fi network works very well. The rooms are big and quite well equipped. Free warm underground parking is convenient. Friendly and well trained staff. Nice top-floor restaurant with excellent view over the city. professional staff. nice new spacious rooms. also the location is ok, you do not need a taxi to find restaurant and clubs. A good breakfast was included in a reasonable rate. Staff were excellent, spoke English and very helpful at sorting out trips and activities. The breakfast was the best we had in Russian after 3 weeks travelling. Staff. comfort. location. It was an amazing hotel.... Needs more stars than it has. It was too hot in my room (1301) and I could not turn off the radiator. Put it here only because I know, manager will read it, and fix the regulator. No Italian channel on TV. Nothing it was perfect. +14C at night, its unacceptable. Slightly overpriced. there are not any towels in the bathrooom. You can try ask it by phone but staff does not speak english. Very russian hotel. They Spent a lot of money for shine, but cannt to manage elementary basic things. Terrible disco music played at breakfast time. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The design , colors in the room. Coordination of design elements are used was poor. A few staff were speaking English and only one was good. Awful breakfast!.
