Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. Parking is in the back of the hotel, in a yard, but anyway the bell-boy takes care of parking it for you. all reviews » The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. Stayed in twin room... Bed cover only half the width of bed... Did not work for me or my wife... The receptionist was not very friendly. Also I wanted to changed the date of my stay, and she said that there were not available room for those days (which is not true). Besides this, everything was very good. Umm................. Nothing!!!!. Limited storage space for clothes if staying for more than a couple of day - have to live out of the suitcase. Nothing. nothing. -. Marble steps sometimes hard to discern. I had some kind of SF funny room :). But unfortunately it has a very small bed for 2 people. Also the room and bathroom aren't a really a "Cameră dublă Deluxe 5*" (as booked), you hardly can tell is a 4 stars room. no bad things. nothing. The beds in the four star rooms are incredibly hard. It's a shame that everything else about the Plaza V is great, but it lacks the most important element in a hotel - comfortable beds. Room was too hot. the receptionist does not answer for the greetings, the waiter in the bar does not know the drinks, the sauna and steam bath did not working continuously, (we have to wait 50 minutes for heating). too much colors every where, a little bit kitch not high standard restaurant. Too much color. The modern is too modern some times.... A minimal shelf for puting ones barh stuff is not available.... They gave me a boring standard room instead of my five star luxury room. Zero minus.
