This was in the perfect location for a city visit. I cannot understand why previous visitors have complained about noise, it's right in the centre of the city, what did they expect? The apartment was spacious, clean & well equipped. The washing machine came in very handy on a 6 day road trip. Security was brilliant both for us and the car. Parking was free, brilliant! The Internet was fast, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, I cannot fault this booking. I can recommend the take awa.

Best offer in Bucaresti, the rooms are in the RIN Hotel, last year we stayed in the RIN Hotel with exact the same 4star room as the one in Top rooms. Amazing friendly owner and very helpfull. However I would still recommend this place with good servie and confortable stay; Another issue is that the swimming pool or gym mentioned in the description in letsbookhotel.com belong to Rin Grand Hotel, for which you have to pay extra expensive cost to use. The manager is very nice and helpful. The room is decorated with the same standard as RIN Grand Hotel(4 star), with careful cleaning twice a day. Worth the money is the budget is tight. the fact that you have a kitchen with very little or no utensils ... 1 single pan would suffice . there was however a bowl 2 spoons and 2 mugs .. in a apartment with complete kitchen . Hard to find parking outside. A little bit difficult to find no view from the room. Reception/reception manager is available often only on the phone. Aparthotel is situated in the facilities of RIN GRAND HOTEL what made it unclear to find. There is the main hotel and top hotel occupies one floor from this hotel. It is somewhat confusing.
