What people say
The staff were excellent, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and most of all, flexible. Needed to come in at 3am after a party? No problem, just ring the bell. The building was interesting, architecturally. The rooms were clean, fresh, and cool.
They even provide free wifi to keep you connected.
I love the style of the persons in the same time nice and discreet. The access to the hostel's computer. Clean. Close to center. Lots of music stores, little food stores, exchanges, and bancs pretty close. Good connection with all parts of Bucharest. The persons I met there.all reviews »
Friendly staff, helpful and informative. Big rooms with plenty of space. Not crammed in for maximum return per square metre as some are.
Very well located to go by walk to the city center. Once but big and nice bathroom.
very good place. big rooms and shower in every room. also good location.
Excellent location, very helpful staff. Perfect for backpackers.
The Staff.
clean.
People are very kind and willing to help, the location is excellent.
It took me a little time to locate the building, it isn't very well marked on the outside. Had I not had a local friend guiding me, I probably would have taken a lot longer to locate it. Even my friend had to ask for directions and she lives in Bucharest.
The "sound transparency" of the walls, you can hear everything around you like you are in the same room.
A little remote from the action centres, but Bucharest is a city of diverse parts and you cannot have it all in one package. 95% walkable. Could invest in more hooks for hanging things in bathrooms and dorms.
Breakfast a bit poor.
The exchange rate (official plus 3% to my disadvantage and without explanation), need to change room after one night, no private bathroom in spite of booking one.
poor breakfast.
Very low value for Money
No air conditioning in rooms
Very poor breakfast.
