1. private free parking (tiny spaces !) 2. elevator for carrying luggage 3. clean and quiet room, despite heavy traffic on main street (window on opposite side only) 4. excellent breakfast. The staff mainly (they agree to switch my noisy room with another quietly room), the comfort, the restaurant, the food, parking facilities, internet connection. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Arad, this is definitely the most decent one. Very nice staff, new rooms and furniture, also very clean.
