I loved the arrangement they have done for our anniversary based on my request. They’ve done an excellent job. My husband loved the surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the resort is very nice and facilities are exellent. The sea view is very nice. It is a quite place and perfect to relax and for sport and groups. The breakfast was good too. Nice beach, great kids pool. Good parking, great service. Excellent and friendly Italian restaurant, pool side evening dining.
all reviews » I liked everything, I liked the beach the jet skies and I would prefer for you to add some entertainments. The place was very good , just some intertainment were missing , some music on the beach side is missing. in one sentence: "it's Paradise on Earth"... so lovely..like it. It is an excellent resort but very regular hotel. I didn't the lack of safety, and that the beach was not perfectly clean. The Breakfast was not that good The Front Desk needs to sort out reservation blocks I had to change my previous reservation so I got my card blocked twice then when I checked in they blocked it again now I dont know how much I really paid for a single room. nothing except a little bit high price. they should provide more facilities in the room and extra bid for free. Expensive Services. Nothing. Service effeciency. not value of money. The buffet and whole food service was abissmal. Need real food with taste. Bad service and late response to requests, ignorance and unprofessional staff. My rooms were next to the bar and too much noise at night, the bar should be located out side the main building. Long drive from the city and dangerous road. -Chalets need renovation. -Surprisingly there are stray dogs in the chalets area. We saw 7 to 8 dogs at the mednight playing in our private patio and had to call security to take them out. -Swimming pool is not heated. -Bed is not comfortable. Rooms need updating badly. Very expensive. Rooms needed refurbishment All areas could have been cleaner. When we came before it was better sofas out are damaged the toilet not working well. Furniture start to be exhuasted/ old. Hotel should start to think seriously about renovation. Staff, the hotel is 5 stars hotel, but the people working there are not qualified. In the morning, I requested for a "butter" for cooking egg as the nearby supermarket was closed and I forgot to bring it with me, and the lady in the housekeeping gave me the rudest reply I have ever had in all hotels I stayed in. Even if it is not possible, she could reply more politely. I raised the same comment to the manager and I hope this will be solved. The price is too high. poor cleanliness, terrible food at their main restaurant, too pricy for the quality provided. no house keeping even i stayed for 2 nights no one came to clean our villa . we found sn insects and lizard inside our villa . the food food is fare . the hotel did not give us a late check out but ask us to leave at 12 noon sharp . room not clean, towels are not available!. The weird rules of the hotel are appalling. I had invited a group of English friend; a mother (with 2 adult daughters) and her friend who is visiting from England with her 6 year old daughter. I was refused to be checked-in as I was not related to any of them. However, reception told me it would be ok if I just showed them an id of one of my real daughters. What does that tell you?? It tells me a lot about what goes on in this resort. I have no respect for them and will never stay there again. Service, facilities, rubbish on the beach. The hotel is old and need to be renewed specially the forniture.
