What did i like - how much room do you have - The staff were absolutely fantastic - The Management were amazing and the experience of being moved to what was called a wow suite was pretty painless and nobody could believe the business executive suite i was moved into due to the noise of said disco - that was the only minus - which is why i was moved - absolutely out of this world and that is an understatement - i did though leave something behind so i will see if they have it in the lost proper.
all reviews » Every thing was nice and I really enjoyed my stay with my wife and 6 month old daughter the hotel was so nice and the WAW suite we stayed in was one of the best suites i stayed in recomended without thinking the location is also the best since it is in the midle and easy access to all sides of Doha without traffic will defnitly stay in W hotel in my next trip next trip planned to W hotel maldives in MAY. I liked everything in the hotel,, the stuff was great and very friendly, and it was my sister's birthday and they helped me alot to surprice her specially vanessa who helped me with the flower arrangment. And Sunny who work in the concerge, he is really friendly. And the other stuff of the hotel which i'm sad because i cant remember there names يعني باختصار اكييد بكرر زيارتي :). My room 1505 on 15th floor was large comfortable pretty with a nice view and excellent with all amenities. I will surely ask to stay in the same room next time I'm in Doha. I was greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival and some peanuts. The staff are awesome from checking in till checking out. Do look for a talent by the name of Erik and your stay in w Hotel will be a memorable one ! I love the project between w Hotel and Unicef and us$1 will make a lot of differences. - The hotel is amazing starting from the step-in till the check-out. - The rooms are specious as well as the bathrooms with a fantastic design & all kinds of comfort amenities in the rooms have been provided. - The staffs are very friendly & welling to help all the time. I liked the design of the room and the hotel area. The big bathroom was great. The cafeteria in the ground floor and two more hotel venues (the Italian bar and Spice Market restaurant) were also worth the visit. A lot of nightlife choices in the hotel. Love the design and aesthetics. Staff and customer service awareness excellent. Has its own culture/community feel. Excellent environment to host business meetings. A modern business class hotel with excellent design touches. Professional and helpful staff. There are seveal good eating options on the premises and the breakfast was very good. I was very welcomed by the Staff at the Reception. She recognized me that I am a regular customer at W Hotel. So, she has made her best to make my stay a very enjoyable one. The service provided was excellent it was really clean and they do care about small details I really want to go to w doha again and again thank you W doha. The service was fantastic, and the interior design is modern and unique. I enjoyed my stay and will defiantly stay there the next time I visit Qatar. The hotel was excelant , nothing to complain about. There is nothing that i didn't like. - Didn't notice a (DND) sign in the room. - The swimming pool area is small. Unfortunately we had a worksite view from our room. The pool was too small and its black color attracted too much of the summer sun heat. If it was the classic green-blue pool we would go for a swim. Design is great but some things you don't want to change... Charging extra for internet connection in a 5* hotel is a no no. Saying that you will activate the wifi for a discontent client and fail to do so, will only spoil the overall feeling for the hotel. Indoor smoking. Shocked to see so much smoking in the restaurants, bars, lobby areas. I highly recommend that this policy is reviewed and smoking is curtailed to external areas only. The pool area is not great and it's a little too close for comfort to one of the most popular bars in Doha. It would be better if there was greater separation between the two. N/A. The wi-fi was not free. Only the video TV is a bit slow. remote wasn't friendly but that is not important for me. There is no WIFi connection in the rooms. Nothing to comment. * The nouse of the night club can bee heard in the rooms. * Not recommended for families because in the night time the hotel gets full and crouded for the night club. * Not yummy breakfast room service. Internet for an extra pay. The pool area was very disappointing. The breakfast cost 130 Riyal per person and the WiFi wasn't working in the lobby ,also the WiFi cost 40 riyal per day. There is no sea view for standard room. You need to access the room from behind the hotel, which is not easy, swimming pool is very small. Bed was too soft, Bath was too short, wifi was very expensive and didn't stay connected in public areas, staff impolite, took 50 minutes to get correct breakfast order to room, quality of food hit & miss. my visit was so short..... There is nothing I don't like about the hotel. nothing. No place in bar where you can have a quiet relaxed chat, even around pool. Valet parking took a lot of time to get my car. Restaurants : Difficult to have a table if you don't have reservation. Bar : Difficult to get inside if you come with a friend. The room service not good the entrance of apartments close after 11. Some lack of attention to detail. Bathroom hand basin plug not working. Shaving mirror loose on wall. Wifi an extra charge. the night club made the hotel crowded and you can hear the music in the rooms. nothing. room became old and need reunivations specially tv. I booked suit sea view but then give it to me ctiy view. Tv remote is slow. Noisy The entry at night is very very crowded Drunken guys around entry last night Swimming pool is small Food is very expensive. Staff and gards un polit at all spicaily the club I have to show every one I'm hotel gust , they didn't allow me to enter , this is not a right why to treet the hotel gust , hotel gust should be in separated line or q to eazy access to all hotel facility. Internet wasn't complementary.
