Helpful,informal, friendly. Pleasant room with balcony and excellent views. Most suited to guests with a car, as centre of Zakopane is some distance away. Helpful but mostly non-English-speaking staff. Very reasonable rates over Christmas period.good position of main Tracic. Friendly staff (despite a lack of English) and good value. The room was clean and the radiator heated up the room just fine. The location was ok, cause you can reach the Zakopane city center in 15 minutes by foot if you take a short cut through a hill, and don't mind "hiking" in the dark for some time.
