What people say

Staff were very friendly. Room was a generous size and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. Location next to Aquapark was convenient (and great that it was free for hotel residents). Restaurants in our side of town were preferable and it was nice to be next to the coach station for our early return to Krakow. Really useful that it had internet service. Staff were friendly but no one spoken English very well. But we were the only English-speakers the whole time. I liked being in an all- Polish resort.
