The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Rooms very comfortable especicially the pillows. Breakfast was great, plentiful, extra rolls if requested. Each morning there was an extra treat which everyone enjoyed. Even plastic bags available.Fantastic s.

Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas. Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us . Everything was great, especially liked the owner, his professionalism, friendliness, support a variety of issues, a great atmosphere from breakfast until late evening. Be sure to choose this hotel. Would have been nice to have kettle in the room, but was given one when asked. Some small issue with electricity break-downs in the evening (solved quickly). Be aware that breakfast is not international, but traditional Polish (for example some soup). Not everybody likes this. Unfortunately commuication was a little problem....a place like that in a tourist centre and the owner did not speak even a little English!. Checkout time at 10:00 seems at times exceedingly early, particularly after a bout of gruelling mountain activities. They tried very hard with breakfast and always something edible but a little hit and miss on the main element. Fantastic scrambled eggs one day followed by zurek soup the next. Soup for breakfast wasn't our cup o' tea ha ha!!. Nothing!. first impressions that it was very close to a main road roundabout. No fridge in room. Leaving. Nothing. having to leave. leaving. I wish bathroom had a free shampoo. Liked everything breakfast was a little different to the English breakfast but very accommodating. Would have been great to have a chill out area! As 13 in our party and a lounge area would have been great. But fantastic value for money. No compaints at all.
