Washing machine after hot days staying up in the mountains! The comfort of the apartments. The very welcoming and helpful staff. The letsbookhotel.com price - the normal rates would have been too high for us. The coffee and cake shop at the end of the road. The situation close to Krupowki St. The mini library with one or two English titles. The facilities for self catering - we only stayed two nights but would be a good base for a week's stay (if you can get a good price).
all reviews » I really enjoyed this apartment, the location and the staff! Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to enjoy your apartment. The apt. Was brilliant, lovely and clean, and spacious, the location was excellent. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful, organising the transfers, and staying in touch when we were delayed, meeting us eventually, with a big smile and a warm welcome even at 1 in the morning. The staff was absolutely great, they let us leave our car on the premises while we disappeared for 3 days hike in the Tatra. They are super accomodating! The place is very clean and comfortable. And only a few minutes walk from a number of nice restaurants. Great quality apartment in a fantastic location. Near enough to the centre of Zakopane but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. English speaking staff who were very helpful, they even helped us arrange a trip. Supermarket on your doorstep. Great Cleaning . There is also a kitchen starter kit (coffee, tea, ) in the well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent - close to the park and town. There's a supermarket just 150 meters away. The room was on the top floor and it was a bit cold (or not so warm), still, the staff dealt with the problem as soon as we've told them, and the problem was solved! Perfect answer for our problems. Perfect stay. There wasn't anything to dislike. nothing comes to mind. absolutely nothing!. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not bad!. There was too much commercialism in the shops...........cheap stuff. Nothing really. the WIFI was only availabe in parts of the apartment. Liked everything. No complaints. Very uncomfortable sofa beds. The bed was very uncomfortable with some kind of palstik cover and the bedding was of lowest quality.

There is a one parking space assigned to each apartment. The apartments are located in 2 buildings 100 metres apart. Apartments within the same category are assigned in the 2 buildings based on availability. Please note that breakfast is served at Villa Motylek, 14 Makuszynskiego Street, from 9:00 and it needs to be ordered and pre-paid before 20:00 the day before. Breakfasts for Sundays with trade ban and holidays must be ordered and prepaid a day before 14:00. There are no breakfasts offered on 24-26 December 2018 and 1 January 2019. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartamenty TWW Zakopane in advance of your expected arrival time.
