Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. I liked friendly and professional Staff.... About the City.... I am Polish Native and I used to live in Wroclaw so I love this City... People are friendly and many young people especially students speak English so you can always can meet someone new or just ask for help, directions...
all reviews » Localization - staying on the old market in the city center. Gives a lot of possibilities to eat, sightseeing and organizing meetings. What's more you have fully furnished apartment with all necessary household appliances. Maybe the best apartment from my entire 3 weeks trip visiting Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Dresden, Hamburg, Krakow. Elegant, clean, so close to the center. Excellent choice. Great staff, Nice size appartment, clean, great location in a quiet area just 3 min. walk from town center. Location is really great! Main market square is just couple of minutes of walk. The situation was very good. And the apartment was big and comfortable. interior is nice, the apart is quite big, good location, parking (!). - Location - interior - office service. Close to city center. Great location. Great location. Nice location. Decent facilities in the Apartment. The staff English is well n kindly. Location. Beware that a unit located in the old town plaza has it share of noise at night from the restaurants and party-goers. The unit we had was three flights up so make sure you are in decent physical shape - no elevator since the premises is historic. Unfortunately, all TV's were not in operation (no chance to find active TV channels at all). The wc paper was horrible. Check the website of the apart for clear photos. Photos on the letsbookhotel.com doesn't agree with names of apartments. We got another apart, that were not match the photos. But it's not problem because it was great anyway!. - Parking (actually could not be called parking, but I heard there is another one, I just was too late). 3rd floor only stairs. Disaster when you come back lately after the party It definetaly does not have capacity of 3 beds. Two are fine but the third one too small to be communicated as the bed for adult person. While the apartment was overall in good condition, there were some minor issues that made me a bit upset. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. One of the tiles in the kitchen was loose etc. etc. All will be great when the apratment is refurbished a bit. Collecting key from another location and then have to go to the apartment. The first day we stayed in 8ppl room,it isn't hv hair dryer n the showerhead is not used!. Accommodation was like something out of horror story apartment was ok but entrance to building was beyond words also left waiting for staff to arrive to give us key. Was nothing like pictures on web site.
