Moon Hostel-by far, you will not be in a place, in terms of location, better than Moon Hostel; it is directly at the street Novy Swiat that has the most fabulous night life in the center of Warsaw. The twin rooms have a full sized balcony and provides much needed respite with privacy and a spacious room. The toilet and shower facilities are very clean! The hot water in the showers works very well, and is generously hot and voluminous. I highly recommend Moon hostel.

Very cozy room and nice decoration at the kitchen. Very clean toilets and showers, and I had never to wait for using them. I was very satisfied. Well heated, with large, clean rooms, high ceilings, good lighting and most importantly - a kind, English speaking staff, with at least one representative sitting at the check-in desk 24hrs/day. That's HUGE for checking in/ out very early or late. The location just perfect.The airport bus stop only 3 minute away.there are many restaurants and bar to chill out around.The room was clean. The kitchen is not so small ,yet not so big and fully equipped. Amasing experience! Friendly staff, clean clean clean rooms and common areas. Nice location in historical part of the city. Just awesome stay!. Everything was good and the girl at the reception was very helpful and kind letting us to leave our stuff and have tea early in the morning. Good value for money! The hostel in a really good place close to the city center. The bed was confortable. Geographic situation, price. The only objection I could have, being very fusspot, it is that I would have liked a washbasin in the room. No sheets on the bed, no shampoo or body soap in the showers - although, they DO provide towels, which is a huge perk. The sign of the hostel is not clearly visible.We were lucky to have a nice polish lady showing us the hostel. Toilet is common and shared between men and women. Didn't feel comfortable with this. All good, except that no towels provided, even though listed as included. No complains. Nothing. Not very good breakfast. Very hard beds No English language news channels on TV. Yes, they have some shared bathroom which has strong smell. They also not change bed linen for many days I stayed there, and not clean garbage in the room as well. There were no Internet connection at all despite it is on the website. The half of the staff was really nice, the other half was really rude, I am not sure whether this is Polish thing or they are only like this in Warsaw. Staff spent a lot of time on the phone and as there is only one person on the desk, so you can encounter problem if you need rapidly to talk to someone (for ex. to order a cab). Room could also have been cleaner ...
