Large apartments with city view on the central district of Warsaw. Very big balcony. Our check in was at 4 o'clock in the morning, but it was not a problem, because staff left the key in postbox. Convenient parking in the building, but not for microbuses, because it is rather little space to drive and park (in sedan bmw 3er it was not a problem). Waterpool and sauna, but we didn't use it.Dishwashingmachine, Microwave, oven. A very good value of money.
all reviews » It was a spacious and lovely place and good value for money. The location is excellent and this hotel had great facilities and pool (even though the residents don't like hotel customers to use it but we still did!). The hotel manager was super helpful when we had a late night drama. The staff is very friendly (there is no reception though!!) and the apartments are all comfortable enough, although they differ remarkably. 1901 and 716 are not very glossy but comfortable, 1201 was rather weird but 2104 was a spectacular penthouse-style place with two bathrooms. We staied at the 19th and 20th floors. Amazing view! Very nice apartments, clean, with bathtubes and shower cabins. The living room is big and nice, and the rooms are medium, but enough. Wi-fi is working good, rooter in the house. The view from the apartment was amazing. The pool was a nice touch after hours of wandering. Closed parking was a must. Location was ok by bus to the centre, though you need to use a taxi after 10PM. All the rooms were clear, warm and the number in common organized weary well. Two toilet rooms are especially admired. You should book to upper floor to have a beautiful view. It has also towels and liquid soap in the bathroom. Comfortably and large rooms. It's in the very centre of the city and pool on the forth floor is good after a long day. The size of room is pretty large. location large room value. problem with a sink in the bathroom, sometimes leaking on the floor quite a lot of water. Dishes in the shelves were dirty, we had to it wash up. It was quite difficult to understand the entry instructions, though when we phoned the manager she was more than helpful. There is no hotel reception though which makes it quite difficult (and expensive when you have to keep phoning them), and nowhere to store bags after check out. The neighborhood must have looked better in '45: lot's of demolished buildings and massive construction works, and we were warned it is not the safest neighborhood in town. Apartment 1201 had a completely incomprehensible shower and the bed fell apart, but the coffee machine, once you found out how it worked, was marvelous. A bit noisy because of the working area that was outside. Besides that, no problems!. Apartment building was chaotic with hundreds of apartments, as was the multi-story underground garage. Whole experience was rather impersonal. You only get to see the hostess (an employee really) once when you get there. Some of sockets and lamps didn't work. An there was the only one working heating place At the cooking surface. We had to check out by 10:00 AM which seems a bit early (on a Sunday). A bit confusing with all the door codes, who to talk to etc. Our wifi never worked and had to logon to another flats wifi. The lady on the phone was helpful but the problem wasn't solved. Not 100% clean, microwave would be useful too. A bit far off from city centre. In general there is a functioning pool and sauna but while we were staying at there it was out of order because of an accident. Maybe next time it will be able to operate. There is no air conditioning. Flat in need of some TLC, nothing serious but a few things could be better: flush in the toilet did not work well, uncomfortable and tiny pillows, some of the light bulbs did not work, the lamp shades that there were were broken. There were no microwave-owens in the rooms. The rooms were only in the 15th and 16th floor of the 30, not in upper floor. Navigation in the garage a little uncomfortable (little narrow passage between floors - but nissan note passed). Staff couldn't speak english, very little or no helfer information receive from staff. Narrow and short bed. Not close the louver. Untidy shower. some appliances are out of order like toaster, iron, not very comfortable bed in the bedroom, not enough towels. very early check out. Staff - no comments... No TV during all staing in appartment, no answer by phone... Very bad amoutions of this weekend. Cheap synthetic linen with hair and lint. If you arrived late you can pay cash PLZ only. No curtains anywhere!!! Tv didn't work. Tiny duvets. Staff's english is very bad. Get wrong access code. I didn't get three single beds as I've ordered. We had only 2 blankets for 4 people, the place was not very clean. the receptor has bad attitude,and it looks like she rush the time and didnt explain anything!The facility is not good,the wifi was broken ,the tv's voice is nearly silence and there is no hairdryer!. no reception or anyone to meet you(the security guard was rude and couldnt speek english you have to phone to get someone to meet you but you cant get a signal inside only 1 key which is also needed to bypass security so you have to stay together or if 1 person goes out the other one has to come down to let them in the building.
