Location, comfort and value for money. A very short walk from the main station and right next to the Palace of Culture. Therooms very nicely decorated, clean and tidy and very cosy. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. In additon there is Jazz music on some nights which is very pleasant. Thorougly recomended. Very impresed nice hotel good price very freindly and helpfull staff.

The service at restaurant of this hotel was very bad, people forgot to serve us and forgot to inform us when cooker stopped so we couldn t take desert. not acceptable. Only one minor thing , It would be nice to be able to make a frink in the room ie tea or coffee. very very noisy room (facing one of the main intersections in town) - no AC (not good in summer). reception staff could be more friendly. It was rather loud, as we stayed in a room with our balcony to the largeintersection. Also there were adds for prostitutes and sex phone lineson the ledges of the windows on our floor.Hotel is on 2 big street crossroads so it is very noisy if you open window. No air conditioner, so it was very hot despite we stayed in december, no possibility to regulate temperature. Building is "wrapped" from outside in big textile with ad on it, so we had to look from our room through this textile as it all is covered. A little noisy because it is located right next to the main street... But this could be the benefit of staying at this hotel...the room was rather noisy since it overlooked a busy junction; however as a result of the well-insulated windows and thanks to ear-plugs we managed to sleep after all... staff was not exactly friendly, but i guess it's cultural. The room was quiet small. 1. the traffic noise - can not be changed of course, 2. the balconies were covered with terrible looking nets. Noise from the tramway and street in front of the hotel. Difficult to book and find a taxi in the morning. Outdated furniture, small closet.Staff wans´t very nice. Noise!. There was construction next to our room. The hotel shouldn't rent out rooms that are adjacent to work being done. Also, even though i was in a non-smoking room, all of the construction workers were smoking all day, therefore making my room and all of my things smell of smoke. Pay tv. there's no air-con, and it's located on the road junction therefore was fairly noisy. a little bit noisy, changing price from day to day, means u booked already for ex. 80 e and u want to stay longer and price can be even 20 e higher.. so be prepered. Staff were not over friendly, and was a little overpriced for the facilities.
