Very convenient to Frederica Chopin airport, easily reached by car driving into Warsaw, a large car park and a great on-site restaurant. Despite proximity to the airport good sound conditioning eliminates any noise from it. Hotel is offering high quality support for reasonable price. I will come back to the same Hotel next time when I'm in Warshaw. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent - huge dinner w/wine and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Noisy guests who don't understand that using the room door handle allows them to come and go without disturbing every other guests on the same floor. I wish they had had transportation back and forth to the airport. A good 20-plus minute tram ride from the city center. Nothing in the vicinity besides a McDonalds. No fridge in the room. Spa closed. Restaurant closed. There were lots of things missing for 4* hotel. I would expect porter when arriving, the bar was closed with no options for a drink at receptions. It also looked that there was little number of guests in the hotel so it is worth thinking to give the rooms to families with noisy children in a distance from other guests. Staff not friendly. The bathroom in each room is very very small. The hotel facilities like gym zaccuzi etc are sublet to other company and they charge 1 euro per 1 minute of usage of zaccuzi etc. defntly not even 3 star. Food very expensive. Hotel 30 minuts by tram to centre. Noisy location (even if the window is not to the main street, it is impossible to sleep while it is open), no working air-conditioning, no fridge in the room, poor wifi connection, quite big offer for the breakfast, but meals were not especially tasty. no minibar in the rooms, cheap sanitary (shower equipment, etc) Restaurant - to avoid if it is possible. Very nice main course at the menu pages turns up into a dry little piece of duck.... It is really surprising how the same restaurant serving a real culinary disaster in the evening offers you a wonderful egg on a toast in the morning....
