The host Lukasz is very helpfull, the apartment is in new building with underground car parking space and lifts, good location, close to huge shopping center-Galeria Mokotow and 9km from city center. The apartment in itself is having everything what you need: fridge, electric hob, kettle,washing machine, dishwasher, balcony. We asked for room dryer and Lukasz brought next day-thank you! The aprtament is specious and was appropriate for 2 adults with 3 kids.
all reviews » The contact Lukas was marvellous called me in the uyk before I departed, called me once I had landed to let me know where to collect the key from - even came out to greet me in 30cm of snow. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and check out time worked well. Thouroughly recommend. It´s not a hotel, it is fully equipped flat as a part of a large development project. Much of comfort and safety. could park our car in garage - very suitable in winter. Cleanness, fast wifi, great tasty breakfast in nearby café, airport transport. Location - few steps from my meetings. With good infrastruture arounds. Facilities (exept Internet). Price, guarded area and parking. Bus stops in the nearby, but forget to catch city center without bus/tram transfer :). Excellent equipment of the apartman, brand new, modern, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Awesome facilities. Great area, very safe and upscale. Terrific value for the money. clean, close to the airport. every thing about it. The apartment was located in very good spot in the city. Alocated parking spot makes life easier especially in the big city. Impossible to find just without phone communication with staaf. Only one thing: internet connection. It was like a disaster when you cannot open a page for 7 min, ping is 2-3s and dns do not work. There should be 4Mbps but only for aprox 1min, than 6-7 min no connection (outside - wifi connection worked fine). Only on third day after my complains it was a way better. The kitchen wasn't equipped enough with plates (only two set of plates), cups (only one cup), knifes (only large knifes), broom and shovel, kitchen towel (only one towel), dishwasher tablets. The couch was small and not comfortable enough for two persons. No explanation/description, how the cooking plate works. No flat-mop. A little confusing to find. Could use a shower curtain. no shower curtain. there is no reception so I have to search for the employees to get the key. I thought, I was booking a hotel when this was an apartment. Luxury but no hotel facilities. Facilities in the apartment were very poor. We were not provided with simple stuff like paper towels, mop, etc.It made it difficult to keep apartment clean during stay. Furniture in the apartment was not very limitted, sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep at. There were still building works in the building, hence we were woken up in the mornings by sounds of drilling. Beware of the false advertising on their internet. There is no bedroom just a partitioned off area, no dressing area, carpeted floors, desk, dining area, 24hr front desk or room service. When we questioned the false advertising a further amount was pre-authorised from our credit card. Beware of this arrogant fraud.
