One of the best, if not the best hotel, I've stayed in over the last couple of years. The total design concept combining old and new, "de luxe" and casual, gives a real feeling of homecoming to this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the price very reasonable, the dining options (brasserie style in the Vinoteca or upper class in teh resto), a wonderfully extensive breakfast buffet,... I spend most of times in hotels, and the service level like this I hadjust a few times! They listen what you ask, they do anything you ask,fast with smile and pleasure. First time I stayed in hotel it was stillnot officially opened and breakfast started at 7.30 and I had to leaveearlier. I have received brunch basket each morning enough for 2 people!Now they servi it from 6.30 ;).

We upgraded our room to a studio which was very clean and comfortableand for the price very good value, and very spacious. The balcony lookedover the main street which was similar to Covent Garden.The service was very good, the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of food. The wine list at the Vinoteca was too short for a wine bar, but I'm sure this is only a matter of time before the cellar has been replenished with such a wide offer as the other services...It is not in warsaw and a pity does not have any clones in the rest ofPoland.... The glass windows in the bathroom !. It can be a little difficult to find, but persevere because it's worth it. As always to complete a 5 star rating It requires a fitness centre, but hey, just ease back on the calories !. Telephone line did not work properly for 5 days. Windows need opaque curtains (not a problem in winter, but will be in summer).Access to parking place is rather complicated. Hotel entrance is hidden by the shields of neighboring cafe's. The lift was broken during my entire three day stay.maybe a small thing, which was the fact that on Sundaymorning they started cleaning the neighbor room at 8.00, with 2 people and a lot of talking. Car park very hard to find, limited spaces.The parking lot is just in front of the entrance, which is fine, but still not guarded. The internet connection was not working in my room, the bathroom door is out of glass which can be not comfortable for some people... and there was no hair comb. breakfast could be better.There was no room service and the restaurant did not seem to be runningat full speed, however, staff tried their best. the evening meal took over an hour to arrive from ordering, the portions were very small, would not recommend an evening meal. Upon complaining I was told there would be no charge for the entire meal and drinks which went along way to resolving the issue.

Hotel information details

Thinking about business seminars we prepared modern conference base equipped with the necessary audio-visual equipment, for conferences, trainings, receptions, banquets, cocktail parties or meetings with important clients. The base consists of two air-conditioned conference rooms – for 35 and 45 people. An evening spent in our club can be a perfect follow-up to the meeting.
