location was very good, free car park,couple of minutes walk to city trams and taxis.small but very nice stylish hotel.breakfast was nicely presented with ample choice.the room we had was very nice with a large double bath. The location is very good. Close to town but situated in parkland. Very convenient location. Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable communal spaces. Hotel is located in beautiful town park only few minutes by car or tram from city center.
