The Campanile is a French-owned hotel (chain) in Poland. It was up to the French standards of excellence and a good value. We were pleased with the experience. Very clean with lots of extra touches (provision of refreshments and bathroom items).hotel staff, rooms, comfort, location. friendliness. Excellent service from the staff. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning and the shower. Secured parking, very friendly staff. breakfast; spacious and clean rooms. Good staff. Steep parking fee was a surprise at checkout. You have to pay it, unless you want to park your car within a mile of the hotel. They don't tell you upfront ... it just appears on the final bill.Despite Poznan's excellent public transport, the hotel was accessible only by car or, in our case, taxi. No. bartender was inept and drinks were too expensive. The bar closes unusually early at 22.30 !!. Location is not in city centre. Expensive food and drinks. temperature in rooms difficult to adjust. Smoking room given - no option it seemed for non-smoking.Having to walk 1 km from the No 18 tram terminus - along a motorway.
