Fantastic location/building. Old factory that has completely been rebuilt into a great, chique, timelessly designed hotel. It made me feel 'home' straight away. Just walking through the corridors was an experience on itself... The staff was really helpful and discrete. The food quality in their own restaurant was high and again, staff really professional and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped and clean bathroom with bad tub and separate shower. The bed was really goo.
all reviews » The hotel setting was unique. A very tasteful, stunning and modern renovation of a former industrial building. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was high quality, the facilities excellent. A huge comfortable bed and very clean modern bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Situated in the same site as the Manufaktura complex. Close to public transport. A historical museum on the corner. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything ! I booked for my friends visiting from Israel and they just loved it - could not believe such a nice place exists in Poland :):) Rooftop pool and spa . The greatest shopping mall in Central Europe is 50 m away and you can relax on the Manufaktura, a renovated complex with dozens of restaurants. While leaving they forgot passports and cash and the staff handled all more than correctly and professionally. Great experience. The design, which makes the most of the existing spectacular building. Room well thought out on the whole with extraordinarily high ceilings, giving an exceptionally spacious feel.. Lovely swimming pool which I enjoyed every morning. The first night, the air-con in the room was very noisy and couldn't be switched off. However, the second night this was not the case. Unfortunately the hotel is not as quiet as it looks like, either the rooms are facing a very busy street, or a parking lot for the shopping mall including a loading dock were trucks were unloaded from 5am.This is very annoying especially for somebody who prefers to have the window open during the night. Air condition is als not an option as the air coming out was warm and not cold. Snowy weather - but there's nothing the hotel could do about that!. parking in underground car park is too tight. Pool is open till 22:00 hour. Could be longer. The lights in the rooms are too dark. Old TV system. Room was big but the bed was small. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Staff could be most unhelpful. We ordered a vodka martini at the bar we were given something else. We returned it but we were charged anyway. Tried to take a look at the pool and we were told we would have to change and shower before we could enter. We just wanted a look. Not service friendly at all. Rude in fact. Faulty toaster in the breakfast restaurant. Wifi not so good in rooms. nothing. Breakfast buffet overpriced if not booked on line ?13 euros per person. Over 200 zl approx or 18 pounds . I have stayed in hotels all over the world with my wife , an army doctor. And that was the most I have ever paid. Nothing. nothing. Definitively too expensive Crowed of people during the brekfest.
