  Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff can help with recommendations and also organise trips and taxi tr - We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... what people say » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

  The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

  Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable

  I stayed at the Hotel Columbus with my family (mum and sister) in a triple room which was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean at all times with a nice strong shower and bath. There was plenty of storage space in the room for tjhe three of us. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with booking tours and arranged taxis to and from the airport. The rooms were clean, tasteful, and comfortable. It's on a safe main street a short walk from Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are trams if walking isn't for you. Would definetly stay again.

I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.
