I travelled to Krakow with my sister - it was her 1st time but my 3rd! I chose these apartments mainly because of the central location. Krakow and it's vibrant Market Square is one of my favourite places which I have visited, topped only by the sites of Rome. The apartment we were allocated (V13) was close to perfect. It was accessed by stairs only but one of the receptionists very kindly helped us carry one of our cases up. It was clean and had every amenity necessary to make our stay comforta.
all reviews » Easy access to Market Square (around 50 metres); apartments stylishly fitted out, very quiet, airconditioned and well equipped; reception staff very helpful assisting with taxi to/from train station and with précised directions, close to the restaurants of Market Square, close to the central railway shopping and to main shopping centre and close to the wonderful Cracow Concert events which happen around the area. It was a warm reception at the hotel. The staff were very cordial and guided us properly. As it was requested to keep our room booking in the lowest floor possible, we were very happy to know that it was pre-arranged by the hotel otherwise we would have problems loading the luggage to our room as there is no lift facility. I was very happy to stay and would love to recommend the same to my friends and family!. Everything is nice. Great location . just directly infront of the main market sqare. most of attraction of this city are near around just can by walk. very nice and friendly staff. Facilities in the office is decorated with a high standard. room is quite quiet in the night so I could sleep very well and deeply. TV is good with a big flat LED even I don't understand :). Fantastic location right off the main square, very clean room, functional, good information provided at check-in, no problem with left luggage on check-out. Room had tv with satellite reception (very few english speaking channels though), dvd player, fridge, microwave & toaster. Good shower, comfortable bed. Convenience store nearby. The location was impeccable - right at the center of Krakow. The design and decoration of the room was simple and tasteful - and it had everything one needs, including a good set of utensils, plates and pans. I also loved that there was an iron & ironing board in the room!. The location is the best in the hart of the old city. The apartment is very clean and have all thing that you need: hairdryer, iron, good bath, convenient big bed and small kitchen. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. We were in apartment 27 for two night - internet access was very weak in this apartment and pretty much useless. It is the only reason we have note given an excellent score for 'facilities'. This needs to be fixed so that travellers can continue to make travel arrangements 'on the move'. We then were in apartment 26 for one night and the internet connection was very good. As a traveller, I would love to have more value to the money and would be excited to know that the breakfast is included in the same price. Though we had no difficulty in finding great breakfast corners on the square, it would be delightful to read more about the history of the hotel along on the breakfast table!. Please improve wireless network stability and speed. I know this is a actcident . But please how important of a good wireless Internet connection especially for a foreigner because of extremely expensive international charge. You gave me a Internet USB stick so my laptop is working. But not for my iPhone and iPad. This is my only cercon. Not so much a complaint - just be aware the room not quite as large as photos would suggest, only chairs were ikea style kitchen chairs. My room was smaller than those portrayed in the photos - but it worked out fine, thanks to the high ceilings and big windows. The stairs to some of the rooms may be a challenge with heavy luggage - if you have heavy luggage or you do not feel wholly-abled physically, make sure to ask for a room on the side with the elevator. Everything was grate!!!!. N/A. Nothing warranting comment. We found no fault during our stay. The courtyard apartments, despite extremely nice, are without elevator. If you are on the 3rd floor with a heavy bag, keep it in mind. Anyway personally I have no issues with that. The cleaning staff was so much noisy. Every morning i heard them and didnt sleep well. The only slight problem may be for people, who can not negotiate stairs, because in our location there were not elevator available. In our case there was not a problem. Radiator in the room didn't heat how it should. When I set it on the maximum temperature it become hardly warm. Just a bit of advise, we only went for a 3 day break, but when we finish shopping or exploring we like to relax with a bit of television, here we could not find a British channel. It did have a dvd player. So if you like to watch a bit of tv, take some dvds.. Mini mini mini problem Wash basin could be a little larger. No lift, could change standard keys to cards. Nothing. Whoever was in the room before us, smoked in the room (even though it's a non-smoking room). Our whole room smelled like smoke. It went away after a day or too, but it was pretty miserable at first. small leak on en-suite floor. There was no such thing. No lift. Although I have to mention that staff was very kind to help with luggage. Nothing. Shower didn't drain properly so you ended up standing in 5cm of water. No elevator, but that's no problem if you're on a lower floor. A bit small (but efficient use of space). Very little work surface in the kitchen. Nothing. No elevators, stairs only. many steps to the room. Not enough tea bags. we stayed on the top floor and had no lift access which was difficult carrying luggage. No hot water for shower after midnight... that the basic tea bags and milk cartons were not replaced each day. stairs too many to room. Nothing. Nothing.
