Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. The location was wonderful. 10 minute stroll to the main square, and about 5 minutes to the castle. Fantastic value for money! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow!.
all reviews » It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure. Location was brilliant - minutes from the castle, the market square, the river and the tour bus pick up point. Great coffee in the coffee shop where they also served a continental breakfast. The tram and the cars on the tram tracks were very noisy and woke us early in the morning.
