As above everything ecxellent. Hotel Staff are great. The bed and pillow were especially comfortable. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I visited the historical places in krakow. TV or clock radio in the bed rooms to include an iron w iron board would of been nice. But overall a great place. The restaurant and the bar were very expensive, and the hotel was far away from anything interesting.
